Tally is based in the European Union and processes form submissions and uploaded information for the purpose of providing its form services. Akasha remains responsible for determining what information is requested through its forms.
7. Payments
Payments are processed through the method selected during checkout.
For manual bank or Wise transfers, Akasha may receive the payer’s name, amount, payment reference and transaction confirmation. This information is used to identify and confirm the order.
Payment providers may independently collect additional information required to process or verify a transaction.
8. Forms and Uploaded Images
The contact and bespoke-enquiry forms are provided through Tally.
Bespoke submissions may include design preferences, ring size, budget, timeframe and inspiration images.
Uploaded images will only be used to review, discuss and, where agreed, produce the requested piece. Please do not upload confidential material or images containing another person’s information without permission.
Form submissions and uploaded files are retained only while reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry, fulfil an agreed order, maintain relevant records or resolve a dispute.
Submitting a bespoke enquiry does not confirm an order.
9. Marketing
Customers may choose to receive marketing communications through the consent option available during Shopify checkout.
Marketing consent is optional and is not required to complete an order.
You may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting akashaajewelry@gmail.com.
We may still send non-marketing communications necessary to manage an order or respond to an enquiry.
